Where it goes
A server that listens to the Makkah broadcast around the clock, recognises the recitation ayah by ayah, and sends it to everyone following along.
Hosting and bandwidth for the site, translations in 27 languages, the Hifz trainer and the tools.
Anything beyond that goes into making the tracking more accurate and building what comes next.
